Mod slightly changes the defense system with a shield. When the shield is in the left hand and not in use, it is not displayed. Every time the player right-clicks to pick up a shield, it starts to appear. When the shield is not up, it will still neutralize some damage. The default is 33% of the damage, this can be changed in the mod config.
How to install the mod:
- Install Forge
- Install Collective
- Download the mod and copy to .minecraft / mods
- Launch the forge version of the game in the launcher.
