The Just Enough Items (JEI) mod adds a new one to the inventory menu, in it you can see all game blocks and blocks from mods and see their crafting recipe (if any).
JEI shows recipes for a workbench, furnaces, alchemist stands, many mods support jays, and therefore you will see how you can use unique machines and methods of creating items of a particular mod.
The mod can also craft things for you in survival mode, if you have enough resources, for this there is a convenient button when viewing the recipe.
To do this, click on the item on the right side of the inventory, and then on the ” + ” sign and the item will be created!
With JEI, it is very easy to deal with new mods, because all the recipes will be visible, they do not need to be memorized.
The mod is one of the most essential and is a continuation of such cult mods as NEI and TMI , but this mod does not have cheating features such as changing the weather, time of day or game mode.
How to install the JEI mod:
- Install Forge
- Install all additional mods if specified.
- Download mod and copy to .minecraft / mods
- Launch the forge version of the game in the launcher.
